Tovar¶

1. ERP Tovar is an old-school system that runs in a DOS environment and uses a DBF database
2. There are two folders for file exchange: TOVAR/SETI
   1. T — Orders. IN
   2. S — Delivery notes. OUT
      
3. File exchange via Docudrive
   1. Install Docudrive: https://www.docura.net/download/docudrive_win.exe
   2. Sending (export) folder: C:\TOVAR\SETI\S
   3. The file mask must be removed
      
   4. Receiving (import) folder: C:\TOVAR\SETI\T
4. Specifics of the INVOICE export:
   1. Tovar supports invoice export in two formats: TXT (a vpmarket-specific format) and XML.
   2. Important: the user must always choose the XML format, because a file in the TXT format is not forwarded.
