   2. Buy certificate for some domain from B-trust
   3. Send to bank or create on UBB web site
   4. Get ClientID, and Secret from bank
   5. Setup integration, upload cert
   6. Get consent
   7. Go to bank and confirm consent
   8. Will receive statements
