01 EDI-Logistics

01 Description

Enables logistics companies and their partners to exchange standard e-documents. The solution is designed for partners of logistics companies. https://docura.net/edi-logistics-client/

  1. Ask Eugesta for your logistics partner code, in the format VEXXX, where XXX is a unique partner number;
  2. Docura can direct your buyers' (sales chains) orders directly to Logistics;
  3. Eugesta accepts both purchase and sales documents;
  4. Eugesta sends both purchase and sales confirmations in response.

02 E-shop integration

E-shop orders arrive at Docura and are then forwarded to Eugesta in an agreed format.

  1. The order must contain the customer code provided by Eugesta.
  2. For each scenario, it is agreed in advance which Eugesta code will be used: the customer's individual code or the e-shop's general customer code.
  3. Each order line must contain the following data:
    1. GTIN / EAN or SupplierItemCode;
    2. product name;
    3. quantity;
    4. unit of measure.
  4. The order must contain the recipient's details:
    1. name;
    2. phone;
    3. email.
  5. If the order is delivered with a separate delivery method, the delivery method must be specified in the order.
  6. If delivery is to a parcel locker, the parcel locker ID and parcel locker address / name must be provided.
  7. If delivery takes place according to a delivery schedule agreed with Eugesta, the delivery date and delivery address do not need to be provided.
